Trio at Khatsahlano, with Karl DeJong on drums

On Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 12pm, my trio with Francis Henson and special guest drummer Karl DeJong played at Khatsahlano Street Party (also known as Khatsahlano! Music & Arts Festival) in Vancouver.

It was my first time playing the festival; the performance, at the Maple Stage on West 4th Avenue, was free to attend. I had never played with Karl before and am excited to now count him as a collaborator. We played one set of music.
